Simon’s background is management consultancy. After gaining a degree in Psychology, he began his career with Accenture where he specialized in organization development, before moving to a niche change management consultancy called 7days.
He has been with ?What If! since 2005, originally joining the Learning team in London, before moving to New York in 2006 to set up and direct the Capability & Culture practice. He has held multiple leadership roles at ?What If1, including Client Development lead and Transformation lead, and looks after a number of large global client relationships. Simon is an accomplished key-note speaker who is highly skilled at inspiring and engaging any audience that seeks to become better at innovation.
Simon is a Londoner living in New York, where to his surprise he has developed a passion for basketball (Brooklyn Nets) to go with his love for football (Spurs). He is a massive foodie and travels to far-flung destinations whenever humanly possible.
