His passion for bringing people together to fuel big ideas has contributed to the success of projects for companies such as Hershey's, Pfizer and ConAgra.
Sal graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in corporate communication and a minor in marketing. After interning with CNN's publicity department, Sal began his career at Frank and Frank Sporting Collectibles as an auction clerk, where he focused on 18th- and 19th-century American art and learned everything there is to know about waterfowl decoys. He went on to manage marketing and communications for the startup Save-A-Phone, where he helped to leverage the brand and solidify the product offering by aligning messaging and expanding digital promotional efforts.
From finding shade inside the barrels of Indonesia's finest waves to enjoying his native Manasquan Inlet on the Jersey shore, he has been enjoying the sport of surfing since he took to it at age 6. When not on the beach, you can find him in search of music and culture in New York City.
