That's because Joseph is at his most creative when boxed in with a tough brief and the gritty realities of the business environment. This commercial outlook has helped him crack challenges like widening the listener base of a radio station, increasing patient compliance of a cholesterol drug and designing a new service model for a US retail brand.
Joseph came to ?What If! from L'Oreal, where he cut his marketing teeth managing skincare brands in the UK. His French connection began many years before that, when he followed his studies of French business with a stint working in recruitment for an IT firm on the Cote d'Azur. Since joining ?What If! London in 2007, Joseph has worked all over the globe and has been happily based in our New York office since 2008.
Joseph was raised in the rural English countryside, so he's rarely happier than when surrounded by animals, trees and a good helping of mud.
