Jennifer's training in journalism and background in brand development informs her razor-sharp focus, and ability to strip away complexity in ideas, design, and communication to spot opportunities. Before joining ?What If!, she served as US director of innovation for global brand agency FutureBrand, where she led trend and market insights and consumer innovation strategy. Previously, she headed the New York office of innovation agency Play, and began her career in advertising for a division of Arnold Worldwide.
Jennifer has been a speaker and facilitator at many industry events, including GE's Executive Women Conference, Cornell's Brand Management Conference and The Conference Boards' Innovation Conference. She is an Advisory Board Member of Radford University's School of Communication, a mentor for the Pratt Design Incubator and a student advisor to Columbia Business School's Masters in Communications program.
She spends her weekends showing her young daughter the equal thrills of city life and outdoor adventures.
