They work in what we call the Learning Team, which has analysed the way ?What If! approaches innovation, the tools we use, our creative behaviours and the way we operate. Having broken down the innovation process the team has used these elements to create energizing and inspirational training programmes.
Their programmes range from looking at how to gain insights and generate ideas, to learning ways of behaviour that make innovation happen.
What do our Trainers actually do?
They deliver amazing, fun, inspirational, interactive training programmes all over the world that teach clients skills and behaviours they can immediately use in their business and personal lives. Trainers also develop content for new and existing courses.
They also work collaboratively with clients to provide ?What If! solutions to their business problems.
They are great at networking, building relationships with people and business opportunities for ?What If! and the Learning Team, using their energy and persuasive skills to do this.
They work as a team and love to coach and develop less experienced colleagues.
They live our company Values in all things they do and are constantly striving to develop themselves and those around them.

You're confident
You will be at ease in front of an audience of any size as well as feeling comfortable presenting in front of a board of directors. You'll have the gravitas and presence to hold and engage with your audience.
You're flexible
You will be happy to live out of a suitcase, stay in loads of hotels and meet new people all the time - it'll give you a buzz.
