What do our Capability Consultants actually do?
They help our clients innovate. They help organisations develop and sustain a culture of innovation. They do this by working with our clients to shape their vision, people, processes, support structures and leadership, as we as how these all work together.
They work with all sorts of businesses, from FMCG and retail to telecoms companies, from government departments to airlines.
This role is about injecting fresh thinking, being original and passionate, yet being able to solve problems and consider serious business outcomes.
So who are we looking for?
You're good with people
Confident talking to senior decision makers and able to win business, yet equally at home coaching less experienced team members.
You know what makes people tick.
You've got great experience
You know about change - what inspires it, what blocks it. You've led teams, managed people, created visions and brought about innovation.
Some would say you're nosy
But you're not - you're curious You're always asking 'why' and looking for new ideas.
You're passionate
And you show it to others, but you're equally good at listening and bouncing ideas around. People will fizz with creativity when they work with you, and they'll love it.
