What do our Innovation Consultants actually do?
They help our clients invent new products, brands, services or customer experiences and help clients get more out of existing brands. The come up with new ideas, inject fresh thinking, see new solutions to old problems and create new business.
They work closely with clients in a wide range of businesses - from FMCG and retail sector, to telecoms, government or airlines. Whatever the field, our Inventors are great at networking and building relationships with people. They also use their energy and persuasive skills to bring in new business.
They work as a team and love to encourage and coach less experienced colleagues.
They live our company Values in all things they do and are constantly striving to develop themselves and those around them.
So who are we looking for?
You're original
You come to problems from a new angle, come up with fresh ideas and new thinking. People hear your ideas and say 'why didn't I think of that.' You're happy to challenge the status quo.
You're flexible
You can sell bananas on a fruit stall in the morning and in the afternoon present to the board of a multinational corporation. You don't mind who you're talking to, you're not phased by status or success.
You're curious
You're constantly on the look out for the new and surprising. You ask 'Why?' a lot. You get inspiration from everything and anything - something you see from the bus window, a snippet of overheard conversation, the colour of someone's coat.
You are an inspirational communicator
People love listening to you. You can communicate your ideas with passion, yet in a way that everyone can understand. You inspire people with your energy and excitement but you're also good at listening and bouncing ideas around with others. You have a gut instinct and you follow it.
You've got business nouse
You have experience in business, you know how it works. You can delve straight into a client's issues and make a difference. You're creating but you can be critical too. You think creatively and laterally around a problem, but you always think clearly.
