After earning a degree in Business Psychology and German, Gina left the U.K. to explore China and cross its challenging language barrier. Two years later, after a stint as the only foreigner at a Chinese conglomerate and a year assisting China's richest entrepreneur, she was serendipitously introduced to Shanghai's ?What If! team on the eve of their first anniversary.

Gina's Chinese continues to improve as she further explores China's many marvels. When she's not uncovering business and behavioural insights, she's out on the street people watching Shanghai's millions.
