Born and raised in Shanghai, she completed a Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies at Fudan University. Bored with Chinese pottery, she turned to the world of media; working first as a fashion and lifestyle editor at a Japanese magazine and two years later, at Octagon, organizing events and product promotions for Piaget. Before long, she was exhausted by the glam world of media and swapped her high heels for trainers at ?Whatif!

In her free time, she really enjoys the company of monkeys!
