Mikila joined ?What If! in October 2006 as an Inventing Team Assistant. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communications she moved to New York and spent four administrative years in the financial world, earning a paycheck while trying to figure out what else she could do with herself.

She's finally found it at ?What If!, where she continually hones her visual communication skills creating interesting presentations for clients, among other things. At some point or another she has also done grantwriting for a documentary on Mad Cow disease and interned at a production company. She's also dabbled in comedy with joke-writing and improv classes, and her puns have been known to maim and disfigure.
