After leaving college Sarah spent time travelling the world and working in various roles within Hospitality and Events Management before she stumbled across the wonderful world of ?What If!.

She joined the London office in 2002 as Learning Team Manager where she built and led a team that organised Innovation Capability Workshops globally. In 2006 she started to get itchy feet and the bright lights of New York were calling so in November she made the move over to work with the US Learning Team in developing the business stateside.

Sarah loves adventure and travelling to far away places, she spends her time exploring her new city, keeping fit, Bikram yoga, snowboarding, cooking and has recently started a photography course.
