Dave started early in business, joining the start-up basketball footwear and apparel company, AND 1, while still in high school. Over the next ten years, as the business grew from 4 to over 200 people worldwide, his responsibilities included brand development, marketing communications, new product and business development. He also helped develop AND 1's "Mix Tape" entertainment property, overseeing various multimedia ventures with partners such as ESPN, Activision and Harper Collins.

Dave grew up in South Jersey and got his MBA at Columbia Business School in New York. His passion for education, creativity and entrepreneurship combined with his belief that life is too short to not go for it and have fun led him to ?What if! Dave is now helping to develop the Learning Team in the Americas and thus spends his days delivering speeches, running courses and working with companies on ways that they can be more innovative and of course - have more fun!
