Dan's journey to ?What If! started with a degree in Town and Country Planning from UCL; a stint working in training for Tesco and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR management. Working next as HR Director for exhibition venues and organisers - the Earls Court and Olympia Group, Dan oversaw a major cultural transformation programme in 2002/2003; including the introduction of a new innovation service.

Dan is an experienced speaker, trainer, coach and facilitator, putting these skills to good practice delivering workshops and speeches around the world for Diageo, Red Bull, Kimberley Clark, Astra Zeneca and HSBC.

In 2007 Dan moved over from London to our New York office where he will attempt to add the New York marathon medal to his London one whilst searching desperately for someone to play cricket with.
