Neena Paul was the first American hire when she joined as an inventor in January 2005 and now leads the Innovation Projects team at ?What If! USA.
Her ?What If! journey has included creating a customized innovation approach to indentify new breakthrough business opportunities for a healthcare company, creating ideas for the next 10 years in finance, discovering and briefing scientists on opportunities for drug development that truly match patient needs, understanding what type of information senior government leaders need to stay at the cutting edge and filling the new product pipeline for personal care brands. One of her favorite projects was working with the United Nations Development Program to generate a brand positioning for one of Mongolia's economic cornerstones - honey, as a step towards reaching a wider goal of linking developing world producers to western retailers. Neena's prior life included being an Account Planner at the Omnicom ad agency Merkley & Partners, graduating from and teaching at the Account Planning Bootcamp at the Miami Ad School and working in Chicago as an Account Executive at two ad agencies - all anchored in a psychology degree from the University of Iowa.
