Simon Bray

Simon Bray

Simon spent the first 18 years of his life in and around Guildford, before escaping to sunny Manchester to study Psychology. Having learned how to read minds, Simon disappeared off around the world for a bit, eventually returning to London to seek his fortune (or rather to pay off his worryingly large debts!).

Simon started his career as a management consultant with Accenture, working in the 'Human Performance' practice for clients such as BT, BP, Granada and the Inland Revenue. After 5 years, he decided he fancied a change of scene (as good as a rest they say), and so joined a small start-up consultancy specialising in the 'people side of things' (which included lots of organisational change, training design and leadership development), working for clients like the BBC, Interbrew, HSA, Sesame and the Post Office.

Simon first came across ?What If! while reading our 'Sticky Wisdom' book. Inspired by all the creative stuff he'd read, he resolved to join ?What If! and now spends his days travelling the world delivering courses and speeches and generally spreading the creative revolution.
