Shelli joined ?What If! in 2002 following 10 years working in strategic consulting where her expertise was consumer facing businesses. Prior to this Shelli completed an MBA at Insead.
5 years ago Shelli co-founded ?What If!'s Customer Experience Team in the UK where she lead the team and worked on projects ranging from leading Dorset Cereals to 300% growth, getting a 30% uplift for medicines at Boots and branding Partnership Card for John Lewis. She moved to our US office in 2008 and since then has applied her experience expertise to improving salesforce access & differentiating commodity drugs in the pharmaceuticals industry, innovation strategy in the beverages industry and improving employee engagement with Molson Coors over 6% in a single year!
Shelli worked as MD in the UK office before returning to her first love of working directly with clients in North America and joining the New York office. She is an accomplished speaker and thought leader with particular expertise in the areas of customer experience and innovation strategy.
