Kursty Knight

After reading a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College, London Kursty discovered her dream career as a pilot left little room for creativity. A further Masters Degree in Industrial Design Engineering at the Royal College of Art encouraged Kursty to expand her mind and explore new ways of thinking and culminating in inventions such as the TechnoBra - a body-worn heart-monitoring system that alerts police/a loved one if the wearer has been attacked or suffered a heart attack, and the No-Blo brolly - a two-tier construction canopy that stabilises in high winds...Inventions have been the subject of several design articles, a TV commercial and exhibitions at the Design Museum, Glasgow '99 and touring with the British Council. Kursty then spent time at PDD Group Ltd as a product innovation consultant.

Kursty found ?What If! whilst seeking inspiration for creative thinking, and joined the Learning Team in March 2004...and she's not stopped smiling since!
