Jon left Oxford in 1980 to begin a career in Advertising in London, first as a copywriter and later as a Creative Director for agencies such as JWT, Lintas and Grey.

For 11 years he worked in Sydney, where he created advertising campaigns for clients in many categories, including Unifoods, Nestle, Kraft, Masterfoods, Coca Cola, The Commonwealth Bank and NACAIDS (Aids awareness).

Jon joined ?WhatIf! London in 2000, and has led projects in a wide range of categories. Amongst the principal clients he has worked for are Vodafone, AstraZeneca, Diageo, Kellogg's, Tesco, Pepsico and Unilever.
Jon founded the Manchester (UK) office in 2004, and was appointed Global Creative Director for Inventing in 2006.

He lives in Manchester, is married to Tina, and has three boys and a rather scruffy Labradoodle.
