Cleo joined ?What If! in 2005 after working as a freelance Producer's Assistant in the film industry. She has a law degree from Newcastle Law School but wanted to build on her organisational flair so completed Major Event Management course at City University. Since, Cleo has project managed all ?What If! events; most recently Good Profit - headlined by VP Al Gore. Cleo has led numerous events from 50 to 500 people, and embraced ?What If!'s ambitious and innovative style. Not many people would take on heavily themed building site venue (a real health and safety challenge!)

Alongside pushing the boundaries of conventional day events she has provided logistical support for five TopDog Tours, ?What If!'s elite executive development programme. Throughout the course of a week it requires her to coordinate delegates, venues and hosts around the USA and Europe.

In her spare time Cleo likes nothing more than appreciating others' event management work - especially if it's tramping round a muddy summer music festival.
