Jonathan studied drama at Hull University (although bizarrely, the campus was situated sixty miles away in leafy Lincoln).
He spent the seven years after leaving university living and working in four countries as an actor and an English teacher before settling down in Portugal to set up a Touring Theatre Company.
He wrote and directed three plays while in Portugal, which were performed all around the Northern half of the country.
In September of 2006, having never worked in Britain, he moved to East Molesey in Surrey (although he prefers to call it Hampton Court). These days you will find Jonathan at the ?What If! Heart of House (reception) and you are guaranteed to receive a warm greeting!
He loves painting, drawing and singing loudly at parties.
