She comes to ?What If! with over 9 years change management experience, working with multinational companies such as Shell, Xerox, Sony, ABN AMRO to name a few. 

Since joining ?WhatIf! Becky has applied an innovation lens to the world of change. She brings a no nonsense approach to her work and feels passionate about inspiring leadership teams to articulate a powerful and differentiated sense of purpose and then to get really practical about how to bring it to life throughout their organisations. Some of her current clients include BP, BBC, British Gas, Boots, Lego, Lloyds Banking Group and News International

Becky is renowned for her Southern Hemisphere twang. She loves nothing better than relaxing with a chilled glass of something grapey, by the sea, in the sun - bliss.
