Caroline works in the Innovation Capability team at ?What If! She brings approximately 10 years of experience in helping organizations unblock the issues that hinder their ability to innovate and create the types of magic environments that support creative thinking. She specializes in influencing organizational behavior in order to affect change and coaches leadership teams and individuals on how to lead and embed innovation into their organizations. Prior to joining ?What If! Caroline worked with Booz Allen Hamilton, a major strategy consulting firm, and Sibson Consulting, a leading human capital consulting firm in the US, focusing on achieving large-scale transformation projects for clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and energy sectors. She also holds a degree in Psychology and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
