Jon graduated in Business Studies having spent a placement year as Marketing Manager at MK Chamber of Commerce Training and Enterprise. He cut his marketing teeth with the likes of VW and P&O and then spent 4 years at Earls Court and Olympia (EC&O) as Group Marketing Manager.

At EC&O he was invited to join a cultural change project group working alongside the board. Jon absolutely loved effecting change on this sort of scale and moved to the HR Team where he spearheaded the project. EC&O soon became the industry benchmark for customer service and innovation. Jon is a qualified NLP practitioner and coach and loves to fix problems and help people and organisations to identify and fulfill their potential.
