Jim Lusty

Jim was born, raised, and educated in West Sussex, before finally graduating in property and law from Reading University in 1994.

After a year of travelling the globe, Jim cashed in his suntan and sandals for the racy world of surveying and an expensive pinstripe suit. Before long the suit was back in the wardrobe and Jim was off to the more glamorous world of alcohol and United Distillers. He found himself in Nottingham and Edinburgh for the next three years working in NPD and setting up a leisure and sponsorship team, focused on penetrating the youth culture. Eventually the country boy succumbed to London's hedonistic glitz and the following 4 years were spent at Bass Brewers. Here he account managed London's leisure scene and specialised in developing partnerships with leading edge bars through the lending arm of the company.

Jim joined ?What If! on April fools day 2002 and now runs the UK learning team training all our courses from the foundation courses through to practitioners. Jim is also a keynote speaker and has travelled the globe delighting audiences including BBC, Unilever, Hasbro, Nike, Kimberley-Clark and Sara Lee...and he's still loving what he does.
