In 1992, Dave co-founded ?What If!, his acute business sense and energy has seen ?What If! grow to a global team of 300 people to date.
Over the last 15 years, Dave has worked on many innovation programmes all over the world. For the past 6 years Dave has focused on developing the Ventures arm of ?What If!, partnering with clients to re-invigorate and launch noncore business assets. As a result Dave is now a Director and advisor to 6 other companies and has taken ?What If! into a exciting new area of long-term growth.
Dave co-authored 'How to Start a Creative Revolution' and the highly successful 'Sticky Wisdom' (Capstone Books) in 2002.
Dave is both an Innovation Practitioner and is an expert on developing customercentric businesses. His warm approach is met with a wealth of innovation expertise which makes for a highly engaging speaker.
Dave is a keen sportsman and enjoys country life in Bath with his wife and son.
