After completing a Law degree at the Queen's University Belfast, Jo decided that the world of legal wrangling definitely wasn't for her and opted to move to London instead. She spent her formative working years at Diageo before moving to Australia where she headed up the marketing department at Elizabeth Arden. This was followed by stint at Nestle working on nutritious snacks before returning to London in June 2007. Jo stumbled upon ?Whatif!, was impressed with what she found and joined as an inventor in the Flying Squad.

In her spare time, Jo is obsessive about cooking and adores Gordon Ramsay. She enjoys buying shoes, drinking champagne and using expensive skincare products.
