Since joining the Flying Squad July 2005 Blanca has worked on various projects in Europe, Asia and South America. Her work took her from looking closer at Argentinean risk takers, Filipino nutrition and Brazilian street food to discover Asian attitudes towards beauty.

Before ?What If! she was working in Advertising and Event Management. At the creative team at Ogilvy & Mather in Barcelona she conceptualized Print/TV ads for Mattel, Unilever and Nestle. She discovered her passion for fast cars and Mobile Communications while working as a Project Manager for product launches of the clients BMW, Mercedes Benz and Sony Ericsson. Back in her second home country Germany Blanca developed an award winning communication concept for Swatch while studying a Master's degree in Strategic Planning and Media at the University of the Arts in Berlin.
