Jo joined ?What If! in 2001 after 13 years in ad-land in London and Sydney as a media strategist. Since then she's worked on inventing projects of all shapes and sizes - from inventing new make-up for teens to helping The Economist newspaper work out what they can do next.

She now leads our Flying Squad - the team who spend their time working in places where we don't have a base office. Recently she's been working on projects in Latin America and South East Asia and worked on the launch of our Shanghai office.
