Maz was a live event producer in her early career, working on international conventions in the youth and student travel world, and had a fantastic life travelling around the globe, working out of a Copenhagen-based global HQ each month, hiring local teams to make the events happen, and meeting some very special people who would become life-long friends. When she finally closed her business passport, she qualified as a people person, working in experiential marketing, communications, and advertising and media agencies, delivering innovative people interventions. Prior to joining ?What If!, Maz was at Bartle, Bogle, Hegarty and latterly, at OMD setting up a brand new People Team and getting over 500 OMD'ers in three London offices up and running on everything people. The lure of ?What If! Was too difficult to resist, however, and she joined the ranks of ?What If!'ers in early 2008, as UK Head of People.
