Before ?What If!, Caroline worked for Unilever in HR and Management Development roles. On leaving Unilever, she worked for the Hay Group management consultancy with a variety of clients from local government to international FMCGs. In 2006 she joined the innovation capability team of ?What if!, otherwise known as Fitness. In her spare time Caroline puts her geography degree to good use traveling, doing pub walks, and going on romantic mini-breaks. When not jaunting round the countryside, she lives in Kingston, and gets excited about writing and making jewelry; look out for her necklace collection.
