Cass joined ?What If! in September 2005 after 7 years in magazine publishing where she worked in marketing research, brand marketing, and business development roles for titles that include TIME, InStyle, Wallpaper*, WHO Weekly & Sports Illustrated.

Since joining ?What If!, Cass has helped crack challenges for clients such as Banker's Trust, Fosters, ING Direct, AstraZeneca and American Express across Australia and the UK. Cass has a Bachelor of Business from the Australian Catholic University with a double major in Marketing and Management. She began her career in marketing for Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon and does a great rendition of their 'howdy happy birthday' song!
