Shelli joined ?What If! in 2002 following 10 years working in strategic consulting where her expertise was consumer facing businesses. Prior to this Shelli completed an MBA at Insead.
3 years ago Shelli co-founded ?What If!'s Customer Experience Team where she lead the team and worked on projects ranging from 'Whatever Happens' for Curry's, to the Partnership Card for John Lewis, to mail order retailing, creating a better website than Google and helping The Link sell more mobile phones.
Shelli's speciality is building energy and momentum for big, complex projects and making things happen, which led her to become MD of ?What If! UK in 2006. She now spends her time working across the entire UK business, with a genuine focus on people. Shelli is accomplished speaker and thought leader, with particular expertise in the areas of customer experience and the world of digital.
