Since joining ?What If! In April 2004, Richard has worked with numerous clients around the world developing new products and processes. His experiences include work with Diageo, Unilever, Astra Zeneca, Shell and Vodafone. Green and Blacks was a particular highlight...

Prior to joining the company, Richard spent 7 years planning advertising in London as a media strategist. Before that he did a bit of music PR and before that he studied Experimental Psychology at Magdalen College, Oxford.

He spends his spare time writing books.
