MOK (aka Michael O'Keeffe) recently returned to London from New York where he ran our Innovation Capability practice. Before that he worked with a whole host of clients from our London base including Barclays, MyTravel, Direct Line, HSBC and Diageo. Prior to life at ?What If!

MOK held senior human resource positions in retail and hospitality and was originally a client of ?What If! when he was Head of HR for the European Franchise Business at Pizza Hut and KFC.

MOK has post graduate qualifications in Employment Law and Industrial Relatins and is a graduate of the CIPD. He has a passion for storytelling in business and organisational transformation.

MOK lives in West London with two dogs and a cat. He is very involved in local issues and is Board Chair of Islington Arts Factory, a community arts centre in North London.
