Chloe joined ?WhatIF! in 2001 after managing a nightclub in Devon for a while and doing the backpacker thing. She worked on Innovation Projects all around the world for 5 years with a short stint in our Realness Team as a video editor before deciding to park her feet on the ground for a while and concentrate on developing and growing her passion for people. She joined the People Team in February this year as Development Manager and looks forward to dispelling the myth that HR is full of boring bureaucratic bods. In her spare time she can be found renovating her flat in North London and is never far from a paint brush.
