Andy studied Design at Plymouth and it was then he found his real passion was actually for people. He went onto combine his two passions and practised as a Design teacher in variety of schools ranging from comprehensives to an island school in the Bahamas.
Between leaving the teaching profession and arriving at ?What If! Andy co-designed the AUDI innovation awards and has mentored finalists at the AUDI Young Designer of the Year Award. Since joining ?What If! Andy has delighted clients from charities to pharmaceuticals as a trainer. Additionally he has worked on new product development and brand ideas for JSB, Reckitts, BT, BP, RedBull and Kellogg's.
Andy has been an adviser to the government, gained a conferred Associate of the College of Preceptors, co-author two design textbooks and completed a Masters in Education. Andy has experience in counselling psychology and is also a qualified alpine ski instructor (although rarely needing to mix the two).
What really fires him up though is the challenge of making business learning fun and exciting. Andy now heads up the ?What If! training business across Asia.
