Project Leaders
We are looking for people capable of running projects, training workshops and working with boards of directors, all with a focus on innovation.
- You’ll need to have 5+ years top brand and business experience
- Be able to demonstrate a track record in creativity and innovation
- You buy into our values and the creative behaviours that follow from them
- And you are prepared to develop our business with existing and new ?What If! clients

Project Support
We need bright, energetic, forward thinking, organised, team players with experience (minimum 18months) working in either marketing, team/people co-ordination, advertising, research or events.
You will need to be able to:
- Quickly see the ‘big picture’ and understand how the project fits together
- Get up at the crack of dawn to lug kit round the world with a big smile
- Filter loads of info, work out what’s important and what the team need
- Create and build a magical stage where clients will feel comfortable working and having ideas about new products, brand and customer experience issues or organisational and people-based issues
- Be super-organised and turn on a dime to make things happen
- Have great project management skills - be able to deal with clients on logistics, booking travel, venues, and organising peoples' time.

This is our internal ?What If! engine room. These are the people who make everything happen and keep the business running smoothly. These teams cover a wide range of roles - from food and hospitality to credit control, environment and office management to team pa’s, legal affairs and IT.
