The Learning Team at ?What If! deliver innovation training programmes to increase the innovation capability and creativity of teams and individuals.
Since 1994 the team has trained over 35,000 people using the skills and techniques we use on our Innovation Projects.

A 3 day workshop for leaders and executives in how to create, sustain and lead for innovation focusing on skills, behaviours and process to deliver.
Innovation Masterclass
A 4 day workshop covering ?What If! process, skills and behaviours of innovation. It helps you identify and challenge your issue, gather new and exciting insights, and generate, select and implement ideas productively.
Customer Experience
A 3 day workshop that focuses on getting you closer to your customers to understand their behaviour and motivations when engaging with your brand or business.
Productive Creativity
A 2 ½ day workshop focussing on giving people practical tools, skills and behaviours to think more flexibly, have better ideas and approach tasks more creatively.
Practitioners (Advanced Training)
A 5 day advanced course that turns you into a confident facilitator and champion of innovation within your organisation.
Speeches
A 90 minute shot in the arm around creativity and innovation, designed to get the audience energised and enthused. Speech content can be tailored to fit the audience, e.g. an insight or customer experience focus.
